Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Velarium Industries website, member portal, Discord community, and associated Roblox experiences (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Velarium Industries ("Velarium", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Accounts and Linking

Access to the member portal requires authentication through your Discord account and the linking of at least one Roblox account, with the option to link one additional alternate Roblox account. You may also optionally link a Google account so you can be added to Google Groups (see Section 3). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your linked accounts and for all activity that occurs under them.

• You may not link a Roblox, Discord, or Google account that you do not own or are not authorized to use.
• A maximum of two Roblox accounts may be linked to one member identity.
• You may change the Discord account linked to your member identity at most once every 30 days. Re-linking the same Discord account does not count toward this limit.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account or linked identities.
• We may suspend or remove account links that we reasonably believe are fraudulent or violate these Terms.

3. Google Groups and Discord Servers

The Service can manage membership in Google Groups on our Workspace domain on your behalf. Whether you may create or manage a group is determined by designated administrators and by your rank in the relevant Roblox group. By linking a Google account you consent to being added to and removed from such groups through the Service. Group managers may add or remove members, and we may add, remove, or delete groups and memberships at our discretion. You remain subject to Google's terms when using any group.

The Service can also add you to our Discord servers on your behalf. This only happens with your explicit, per-action consent: either by selecting servers on the portal, or by ticking the consent box on an application that lists servers, in which case you are added on acceptance. Adding you requires granting the "guilds.join" permission when you authorize Discord; you can revoke this at any time from your Discord account settings, and you may leave any server directly in Discord. Eligibility for a given server is determined by your rank in the relevant Roblox group.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm other users;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or circumvent the security or integrity of the Service;
• Use automated means to access, scrape, or exploit the Service without our prior written consent;
• Violate the Discord Terms of Service, the Roblox Terms of Use, or any community rules.

5. Community and Roleplay Conduct

The Service supports an information-horror roleplay community. In-character content and narratives are fictional. You agree to follow community rules and staff direction, and you acknowledge that participation may be moderated, restricted, or revoked at our discretion to maintain a fair and safe environment.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its branding, text, graphics, logos, and original content, is owned by Velarium Industries or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission. Roblox and Discord trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party platforms including Discord, Roblox, and Google for authentication, gameplay, and group management. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the practices or availability of third-party services.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velarium Industries and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or to us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
